Terms and conditions for Motion VIP - 120 min sessions

Early cancel:
The Motion VIP membership is a 12 month contract. In order to receive the VIP pricing all 12 months of the auto-pay must be completed. If for any reason you need to cancel your contract before the 12 months are complete you can cancel your membership by paying a $135 cancellation fee.

Placing a Hold:
If you need to pause your membership you can put a hold on your account 1 time during the contract for up to 3 months.

Renewing your membership:
You will receive an email reminder when your membership is about to expire. If you would like to opt out at this time you are welcome to do so with an email or phone call. Your membership will auto-renew unless we hear otherwise from you.


Appointment Policies:
Late:
Unfortunately we often run on a fairly tight schedule so if you are late the therapist will work on your for the full duration of your allotted time. In some circumstances the therapist may be able to work little extra to make up for the time you were late but this is not guaranteed.

No show or Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment:
If you need to cancel your appointment please call, email or text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time this will allow us to rebook the time slot and save you from being charged for the appointment time. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours prior your account will be changed for the session.
