6 Week Small Group Challenge

This program is designed to help you reach your goals through individualized attention and programming. You will train 2 times per week for the duration of the 6 week challenge in a small group setting, as well as being assigned homework designed to help you achieve your goals. You will get a 15-30 minute initial nutrition consultation with a general macro plan, pre and post assessments as well as a weekly weigh in to promote accountability! You will also receive help from your coach on establishing a workout schedule that works best for you!
